In the US military, typically the Navy is known to have the best food. The Navy personnel deployed on nuclear submarines have the best food of all the services, as part of an effort to keep morale high. Though, truth be told, even the mess halls in the Army are actually pretty good, despite what one may think.

the air force in iraq has a chow hall that was serving lobster steak fruits and a bunch of fancy stuff. MRE's just dont cut it i guess

I actually like the food in the Army mess halls. I have been told before though by seamen that the Navy has excellent food.

Those 'soldiers' i the Air Force. Live like Queens. Navy is next. Army is LAST. They should feed them the leftovers from the AF.

The funny thing is Sins7 is the only person who said the right answer. With the US military, trust me, every damn person thinks their branch is the best. Which is good, everyone has a sense of pride for what they serve. I am a MMS for the navy and I serve in subs. The food is amazing, you get both on sea pay and sub pay, twice as much as someone your rank on ANY other ship. But we have the best food and great pay because the navy has to convince people to go into subs. It's a very hard life, so a few kick backs are needed, hopes this helps
