You can get an evaluation at Adobe.com. I would not recommend pirating Adobe Photoshop. It is a great application from a great company. I rarely purchase software. I do, however, own a legal copy of Photoshop because I want to support Adobe. There are free alternatives to Photoshop, such as the GIMP. You can get that at GIMP.org.

You can't legally, and remember Photoshop calls home. . . If you get a copy from someone they have to notify Adobe and give up their liscense, which they can't do if they are now using an upgrade version.
