If your talking about falling in love with someones voice it is very possible. if your talking about falling in love with someone because you love their voice I say no.
-
It is. This probably happens with a long distance relationship because the couple might talk on the phone the whole time because they cannot see each other. You can fall in love with someone's voice, but I don't say that it is possible to fall in love with someone because of their voice.
-
I'm in love with Tom Beaudet's voice, and I don't care if he leaves the light on....
-
Yes, there is a guy in my night school class who could talk to me forever. I also love Anthony Hopkins voice
-
It's funny you should ask that Jodie. Before my sweetie was my sweetie she spoke with a guy from Texas who owed a large balance on a credit card she was collecting on. He eventually paid the debt off thats to her suggestion he refinance his house to help get rid of that and other debts he had. Anyway for months afterwards he kept calling her telling her he was inlove with her and how he wanted to marry her etc. I took every opportunity to tease her whenever I could about her boyfriend as I referred to him as lol So based on that I guess it is possible to be attracted to or fall for someone based solely on their voice.
-
You've obviously never heard of the Phantom of the Opera. :3
-
I have mentioned in some thread that I found my sweetums on the net, we became friends, started talking over the net, she always used to praise my voice (Don't know why buy many girls find my voice attracting). Till today she tease me saying that she fell in love not with me, but my Magical voice. Dunno what's the truth though.
-
Anything is possible Jodie, especially in that magical thing called LOVE. ;p
-
YEP,Just don't base your relationship on a voice.
-
Yes - I love accents and fall almost instantly in love with anyone who has one ;)
-
Absolutely. =)
-
I believe it is very possible.
-
I talk a lot over the air-ways. In Ham & CB radio bands Plus phone. What I did not know, for a long time. Was why I always got so many calls by Gal's just wanting to talk. I though it was just being a good person over the air-ways. But that was only part of it. It turned out that for some reason my voice sounded like another person who has stared in many movies. And even some of those gal's I talked to truly believed that I was Him." POOR Guy" Now I did not know none of this till I was standing in a store one day. And hearing two Gal's in the next lane talking about me. And how they just knew I was that other person. When I heard this I could not help it. I went to the manager of the place who I knew well. And told him I needed to use the P.A. system. When I called those two by their nick names on the C.B. .I stated You Gal's can quite talking about good old Sam now. For I am not him. Meaning Sam Elliott. So yes I believe there must be something about the voice. Maybe its the way they use it? P.S. Sam if you're out there reading this. Stop that "D" Laughing now, for you know who M.C.S. is. And to all the rest of you, "You all get out there & have a fine day".......M.C.S.
-
Yeah I think it might be possible.
-
Yeah, but not me. I have a theory regarding voices over the phone. (if I havent seen the person of course)
-
If it's not a really deep voice so I wouldn't have to fall very far.
-
no doubt
-
yeah girls have fell in love with mine so im guessing thats a yeah!!
-
Jodie, this is one question that I am not exactly sure what you are driving at. Did you mean to say "fall in love" with? No one I know has such an amazing voice that I would just "fall".
-
Yes. Yes it is. I've heard many men who sound absolutely edible.
-
Oh, yeah. I fell in love with an Irishman's voice. I would have fallen in love with him, but he's 38 years older than me. Still gets me every time. (I'm pretty sure he kicks it up a notch when he's talking to me.)
-
Uh, sounds unlikely. It may be just me though.
-
I'd say no, becoming infatuated with said voice is possible but I don't think that anyone can fall in love with a sound.
-
Yes, I think it is...as long as you actually mean the voice and not fall in "love" with the person because of his voice. My daughter is into Anime and there are a couple of characters who's voices are just plain smooth and sexy, and I love hearing them talk. Of course, they DO make a living with their voices. Does that make any sense? LOL
-
YES !!!
-
YES...we had a dispatcher that had a sultry one, man she could get me to drive into a war zone with that voice!...lol.
-
i can't say for everybody but for me i can fall in love with someones voice i have done more than once and it is a weird feelin but it is possible for people to do as i stated but i rly liked it but its kool
-
It does seem to happen. Shame you are a lady Jodie we could see if the voice works on you LOL
-
Yes. When I saw my husband for the first time cupid didn't let the arrow go until I heard his voice, the instant I heard his voice, I knew. Love at first sound.
-
Yes...but I've fallen out of love after coming face-to-face too.
-
I'd think so! Some people just have sfot soothing voices!
-
I think you can love someones voice, fall in love with a person doubtful.
-
Yes, have you heard Josh Turner sing?
-
Sure.
-
I believe so
-
I believe so! I meet a guy over the phone and we would talk for hours and after this went on for about 6 months I knew that I needed to meet this man that I had never met but was deeply in love with. When we met he was nothing that I would have ever given the time a day to but our relationship lasted for 4 years until he made a choice to take a job out of the country. I got to know his inner self. It was one of the best relationships I have ever been in.
-
Definitely, That happened to me and it's really a falsity because when I actually met the person face to face, it took a while before I could place this face with this voice and accept it for reality.
-
I believe so yes, and it also has the potential to lead to disappointment.
-
Yes, definitely. I sing, and I had people tell me that have fallen in love with me or were attracted to me because of my singing voice. But, just because you are attracted to voice, make sure that you attracted to the person.
-
Absolutley it is possible to fall in love with someone's voice! I can demonstrate it to you. What is your number?? Do you purrrr??
-
I think so, and it's also possible to get turned on by hearing someone's voice. My husband when he uses his deep voice turns me on in a second.
-
I suppose if your were blind you could have attraction to a person's voice, but you fall in love with the person, so no.
-
blind people fall in love too and they cant see so their voice could be an attraction. :)
-
yes, especially if its an english accent
-
YES MY FRIEND , VOICE IS LOVABLE , WE GET IMPRESSED A LOT , I KNOW MANY OF THEM WHO FELT IN LOVE LIKE THAT
-
uhm. loving someones voice like "omg i love justin timberlake" is not "falling in love" like married coupled rarley do. these days at least.
-
Yes.
-
Yeah. That's why some people love radio personalities.
-
i think it is expecially an australian accent...mmm
-
U COULD
-
its possible
-
I think so, I've heard some great voices.
-
Yes, especially if the voice is on the phone and says 'your current balance is..... £6,482...'
-
Yep.
-
Yes.People fall in love over the internet chating on line without hearing the persons voice.
-
I had sent a soldier a "goodie" box full of useful things. I got a phone call back of thanks and we continued to speak to each other over time. He had the most incredible voice as well as how he spoke and what he said. I had no idea what he looked like but kinda drew up a picture in my mind what he might have looked like. I wasn't anywhere close but I have to say, to this day, he was a definite contender for my heart!
-
Not truly "fall in love," but love it so much you love to hear it, yeah, of course it is!
-
Yes i fell in love with three boys voices: Vlad Grant and Andy
-
>< shooot, i got charmed by a voice :x... dunno about falling in love, but certainly charmed.
-
sure, i guess....
-
I think so, but if/when you meet them in person, you might not like what you see.
-
yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!!!!!!!!!!!! you've all got to check out Zacks voice some day :) and that's only one part of him :)
-
Of course it is... How do you think singers (performers/recording artists) get so many fans. Sure, the music is part of it, but there are also times that it's "that voice" (Josh Groban for one).
-
It most definately is! I mean it depends on what that voice is talking about. Does it soothe your soul? I believe I fell in love just talking to a guy but not because of the voice itself but the words that were spoken with that voice you understand?
-
I really do think so. The voice of your spouse is the best sound in the world.
-
I have had people say it to me
-
Anything is possible
-
it is possible...
-
oh it sure is possible! :D
-
yes.
-
Ya, it’s possible to fall in love with someone’s voice, but this should not be the reason to fall in love with that particular person.
-
i met someone when i visited the states, and i think thats what happened when i spoke.sweet at the time.
-
I think its possible to find someones voice sexy and attractive, but you fall inlove with a person not a voice
-
Yes its possible. Many will testify to falling in love with a happy caring voice at the other end of the telephone line.
-
Yes you can:) When my girlfriend & I started talking on the phone I loved her phone voice:) When we talked in person it was nice as well, but I loved her phone voice :)
-
yes
-
I think you can fall for someones voice and words. I have fallin in love with someones voice in music.
-
yes u can u can also fall in love with someones smile
-
Yes...Yes..it's possible!!!!!!!!
-
yes its possible, before my husband and i were married he use to say that my phone voice was one of the things he loved about me.
-
Olivia Newton John's voice (70's) put me into a spiraling tizzy fit complete with drooling and hives. If she sang "Have you never been mellow?" directly into my ear, I would pee myself. If in the same voice, she said "Nitroduck, you big stud, kiss me or lose me forever"... I would basically vapor lock and die on the spot.
-
Oh yes. I'm in love with Mr. Kenneth Branagh.
-
When I clicked on this question I was going to ask whoever posted it if they had been calling those sex hot lines again. Since it is you, and I guess you are being genuine with your question! I would say no, but I have talked to a person who called my number in error because they had a nice voice.
-
Sure. Part of the reason I fell from like to crush with my boyfriend (before we got together) was his playful, irresistible phone voice.
-
I just recently met a guy online...I know, strange. But we instantly hit it off. We have never met, although we talk daily. Since then, after only hearing his voice & how he speaks, I have feelings for him. Even thinking of his voice now gives me chills. I'm not real sure if you could actually fall in love with only a voice, but if I do, I'll let you know. :)
-
I'm not sure. I do absolutely love my exboyfriend's voice though. Even now when I hear it, I want him to talk to me.
-
yes and itis an amazing feeling
-
I've lusted for someone because of their voice. I've thought someone was more attractive because of their voice. I've also fallen in love with someone and gotten butterflies in my stomach whenever I heard their voice, even after breaking up. Similarly, I can see how someone could say they fell "in love with someone's voice"... but I've never felt it without other factors entering in. :)
-
Yes, but think you need more than that to stay in love
-
I dont think so, I think its possible to become turned on though.
-
sure i think its possible
-
yes i love my boyfriends voice. plus everything else about him.
-
Yes it is...Im in love with marilyn mansons voice right now...I even dont like the person itself...only he`s voice.
-
yea sure if you like that kinda thing...lol
-
I think you can fall in lust with someones voice but not too sure about love.
-
of course :) .. it's totally happened to me
-
I don't know about 'fall in love,' but as someone who is a former radio disk jockey, I do know that folks become infatuated with your voice (and have a picture of what you look like, based on what they hear). They almost always say something like "You're nothing like you sound like." Ah well ...
-
No You can be infatuated by someones voice, but thats not love. Love is getting to know someone intimately to the point where you don't want to be parted form them.
-
Purely voice, No! But voice that carries caring words, mirroring a loving and kind heart always attract me. It's like music that soothe and pacify the mind and control my bad temper. So, yes we'll like someone voice but to fall in love with someone with a good voice and intonation is rather difficult.
-
Yes, i did.
