The eldest, only 2yo came running into the bathroom while I was being sick and rubbed my back as he has seen me do to his mum, because his mum couldent do it as she was dealing with our 6 week old! So cute! (That was about 2h ago btw)

Yes I have chosen a love of my life. I do not believe there is a mystical 'One True Love' out there. The One True Love is the one you choose to truly love. I think the concept of a person meeting their 'One True Love' was dreamt up to make a person feel less guilty for leaving their current partner in favor of one they found more desireable (thus labeling them their One True Love). I do believe there should be only one person (or mate) that you should truly love and be faithful to... don't get me wrong, I just don't think there is someone out there you are destined to be with.

Yes I did and we fell in love but he is married and working it out with his wife but I miss him so much and think of him 24/7 It's been 2 years now and still I can't stop thinking of him. And I know he's having a hard time to. I don't know what to do anymore.

I've been fortunate enough to have had a few great loves in my life. I've committed myself to one of them and we've been happily married for some time. I still allow myself to fall in love with others, but obviously I do not participate in cheating behaviors. You can't really control attractions and feelings, but you can control your actions and behaviors.

YES. I spent 11 years of my life with him. The first 9 were great, the last 2 were not. We are no longer together. I have moved on and married someone else, whom I love. However, a part of me never got over the one and only true love of my life in my opinion.

I don't know - there could be more than one love of your life, I think, because certain people that are perfect for you at one stage could be toxic at another. So someone who is the love of your life at say, 18, may be the bane of your existance at 25. I don't know if I've been lucky enough to be with that person who is perfect for me and will grow with me, but we'll see.

Yes I have. I met him online 9 1/2 yrs ago. Been with him ever since, we broke up 2000 but remain as roommates. It's hard when you love someone with all of your being and not get any of the same feelings back.

I have met the love of my life, but unfortuantly right now we are just FWB..We have known each other for 7 months and he is so WONDERFUL to me. I just recently moved to Florida with him from North Carolina. He said there was nothing in NC holding me back. So within 3 weeks of him asking me, I made the decision to move. I do not have to want for anything and plus my 19 yr old daughter came with us too. She also does not have to want for anything. He is not ready for a LTR right now, but I am hoping things will change for us in the future. I am not pushing him into it because I do not want to lose the greatest thing that has ever happened to me.

yes, i do believe i have met the love of my life. the unfortunate part is that i believe that because i was selfish and unfaithful he is gone from my life forever. i miss him so much all the time and i wish we were still friends but i pushed him out of my life for the person i thought was the love of my life and now i know just how wrong i truly was and even though i know he will never read this and even in the slight chance that he does he wont know that this is about him i wish he knew just how much i still loved and cared about him.
