I take meds and have been for the past 7 years. Actually, its called a sedative and not a sleep aid.
-
Nope and..Nope..LMAO :)
-
Sure, I could be sleeping right now.
-
I usually sleep okay but if I really need to go to sleep early and know I will be awake all night then I usually take Tylenol PM but that's about it.
-
Neither.
-
I suffer chronic insomnia and I have medication that I can take, but I hardly ever take it. If I go several days without sleep and start to feel bad physically and emotionally, then I will finally break down and take the medication for one or two nights.
-
I don't need meds to get me to sleep. But I need a few to keep me awake...
-
It's really easy for me to drop off to sleep. I think I've been good at falling asleep even as a wee babe. My mom said I slept through the nights starting about 2 weeks of age and I still do:-) The last year or maybe less, I've had a hard time staying asleep. I wake at 4-5am, though the last month I've been able to go back to sleep till maybe 5:30 pr 6. See I'm getting better! And if I'm real luck I might sleep till 6:30. But usually it doesnt' bother me or anything. I just get up and come here or write emails. Only if I do the 4 am thing 2-3 nights in a row does it make me feel tired and rundown. I'd never take anything other than something natural like milk or bananas.
-
I sleep really well... I go for runs and it puts me to sleep...
-
I have never been able to sleep 3 to 4 hours, within a 24 hour period. Medication does not work the way it is suppose to. Instead it effects my moods and makes me a very hateful person. I don't like being hateful, so I stay away from the drugs. I never really feel tired.
-
Unfortunately, I require chemical help. I am a chronic insomniac. I take stuff like Banadryl sometimes mixed with Nyquil. I really need to go to my doctor and see if I can get a prescription for Ambien or Lunesta.
-
Well I have trouble sleeping and major anxiety so I take klonopin every night before bed. Before that I was on Lunesta. If I didn't have something to take I would be up for days.
-
I have some backup meds but end up taking a full day or two to recover so I usually deal with my lack of sleep. The last ones I had were Sonata which are more of a sedative anyway.
-
Those are mutually exclusive for me. I take meds and on a separate note I sleep pretty well
-
I sleep like a baby.
-
Take meds and STILL don't sleep well.
-
i sleep very well, never taken pills
-
If your having trouble sleeping ,I would be happy to take you to work with me for a couple days.TRUST ME,You will sleep.
-
I have suffered with insomnia all my life.
-
I've been sleeping great since I had the tumor removed from my throat on August 6th. My doctor said it was causing sleep apnea.
-
No and no.
-
I don't usually sleep good and no to meds.
-
No i do not sleep well. And yes i take medication sometimes. I tend to go for a few days before i can sleep solidly, but after say 3-4 days i just crash. But there are days when i need to sleep because of whats happening the following day, eg exams, work ect. So i was on Stillnox, then Temazepam, and then Rohpynol and ive just run out so im not sure what they will give me next.
-
Yep, I take meds to sleep. If I didn't I'd be awake for a very long time.
-
I've never taken any sleeping pills. Usually, I stay in front of the computer all night till I become sleepy.
-
