What comic book company is hiring talented artists who are creative (without college)?

All of them. If you are talented that's all that matters. Although saying something and actually being it are two entirely different things! Image Comics has an open door policy where it will review you propsal for a comic and if they like it will give you the go ahead to print it with them. If you can't break in on own talent this way then sending off your stuff is the only way to get into the industry.
