Who was Che Guevara? Did he speak English?

Che Guevara was a revolutionary and leader of the Cuban and internationalist guerillas, he was born in June 1928 in Argentina. Im not sure if he spoke english but he was well educated, so im presuming (maybe wrongly) that he did.

He was a physician turned revolutionary leader who assisted Castro with his guriella warfare movement to overthrow the Cuban government. He did not speak English. His daughter is a physician now as well, she is featured in Michael Moore's latest work "Sicko."

Actually, I believe Che spoke some English. His father, Ernesto Guevara Lynch, was half Irish. His mother who was of Argentinian Spanish aristocratic background taught him French which he spoke fluently.
