No, anything that comes from your mind- well, it's coming from your mind. Where your information is stored. Any information this fictional object or character has, is knowledge you have. You can perceive taht this object/character is smarter, but you are the one giving it it's info.

If we're talking about Artificial Intelligence, then yes, it's possible to create a machine that can actually learn and process information, and essentially "know" more than you do. If we're talking about characters in say, a book, It's doubtful.
