I have Pokemon Diamond. I need to see Palkia before I can get my national dex. Is there anyway to do this besides trading? What I mean is, is there anyone in the game I battle who has a Palkia, just so I can finish my dex? Any help is great, thanks.

Unfortunatley not. However, besides trading, you can catch Palkia as well. For one thing that I do remember, is that I read an article about Legendary Pokemon not too long ago. As I read it, it said that in every game, trainers cannot have a legendary Pokemon, or the main feature pokemon, like no one had Mewtwo in the first Generation. The same thing goes for the other generations as well.

the person above lies. go to the old woman in canalave town i think it is, the one who told you about the legendaries, she will show you a picture of the opposite pokemon to the version that you are playing on, cant remeber if you need to do league first or catch dialga, but do either of the 2 and check each time, shes in a large house

fly to celestic town go right, then up see the house go in and talk to the old lady and see will show u palkia in a book.

When you enter celestic from the foggy path, go up to a large house. Enter. Talk to the old lady and she will show you a picture of palkia. Then Go to Prof.Rowan's lab, talk to him and Prof.Oak will come and upgrade your pokedex to a national dex! Cool,eh?

Yes!!!! there is a way to get him on your pokedex without trading just go to celestic town and talk to the old lady at the house right above the cave and she will give u palkia pokedex entry good luck and p.s. if you want to trade i will i have everything you want even legands

You can see a Palkia in Celestic town after beating the elite four. However, if you want a Palkia level 100, you can do Wi-Fi with me. I have Action Replay, so it doesn't matter if you take one. FC: 2301 5699 1002 Hope this helps!

You can see Palkia. Go to Celestic Town. There will be a big house. Inside there will be 3 people. Talk to everyone of them and then read the book lying on the desk. It will then add Palkia to your Pokedex

After you beat Candice in Snowpoint City, go to Mt. Coronet. You must find Palkia alone. When you go to Spear Pillar, you have to battle with Commander Jupiter and Mars with your friend. Then you have to beat Galactic Boss Cyrus alone. Then you can battle Palkia.

Go to Celestic town.On the right side of the Pokemon Center there is a way going up so go up when you go up there is three houses go in the middle one.Inside the middle house there is a old lady talk to her.
