From what I've read around, most people seem to reference the "Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act", basically they can't refuse warranty service simply because you're using non OEM parts, unless they can prove it was your part that caused the failure. I haven't read it fully though, worth a look. So basically, it shouldn't. But even if that's technically true, it wont matter if your dealer thinks differently. Try to feel them out, see what trouble they're going to give you later on. Once you need warranty repair, they have all the control and you'll be fighting them inch-by-inch to get anything you want. Better know what you're getting into before hand.
