How can people sell their parents's furniture from their home after they pass away?

Why don't they just rent a furnished house to whoever comes to rent the house or sell it that way?

To some people, it's awful, others see it as normal. It is best to identify and set aside items with sentimental value that you or other family members wish to keep.

When we sold my fathers house I sent most of his stuff to the tip, when my grand mother died we gave away as much of her stuff as possible then sent the rest to the tip. If your buying a house why do you want it full of old furniture? If i brought a house that had old furniture in it Id send the rubbish removal costs to the previous owner .
