Just have to find a common goal and enough motivation to accomplish it and the rest will no longer matter.

Certain topics of conversation are best left behind the door when working with someone or a number of people to avoid conflict. When it’s different personalities for instance in a job, work colleagues must be tolerant of someone else’s personality if they want to maintain their job and be professional. Work colleagues must leave aside certain topics of conversation so as there is no fighting in the workplace whether it’s an argument or getting physical which is unacceptable in a workplace.

My generation did it for 50 years or more!!! Don't concentrate on your differences & look for things you do agree on & work from there. Your opinion is not necessarily the right opinion. Their opinion is not necessarily the right opinion. Somewhere in the middle is common ground & you both LEARN something new along the way!!! It's NOT that hard if you truly try to do it!!! You're doomed if you don't learn while maturing!!!
