    No. Nosferatu is not an adaptation of Dracula since the names of all characters in the movie are different to Bram Stoker's Dracula novel. Dracula was the original character created by Bram Stoker and then in 1922 Nosferatu was made. The director of Nosferatu, F.W Furnau was inspired by Bram Stoker's Dracula novel.
