Why are autistic people misunderstood by others who do not have it? Do you know that autism is difference in a person?
Some people see autism as a disability because they do not have it and label anyone different to them as having a disability. Do not see the disability in people by noticing what they are capable of and have the patience to notice any hidden talents. Everyone is able for something or other. We all have different abilities and different intelligences.

This is not the case. Autism IS A DISABILITY. Its a DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY. Not because people who do not have it are doing anything wrong. It is a disability because the CDC (Center for Disease Control) says so. "Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disability caused by differences in the brain. Some people with ASD have a known difference, such as a genetic condition. Other causes are not yet known. They are not just being mean. It really is a developmental disability. Is that your problem, dear? If so, I apologize if I upset you. I didn't know you had autism.
