  • "It Depends." Is this a person you can simply avoid? If not, what do they actively do that stresses you out and how do you typically deal with those situations? I ask the second part because you can control yourself, but you can't really control another person. If you react in a way that stokes their behaviour, then you have to stop doing that if you want the behaviour to stop.
  • I avoid them. Remember just because someone sets something down in front of you, doesn't mean you have to pick it up, you can remain unaffected. It's only when you identify with something someone says (make it personal to you), it then affects you.
