The children of Israel awaited the coming of the redeeming Messiah. They looked forward to his first coming, just as we look forward to his second. I Thessalonians 2:19 “For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?”

The question is extremely ambiguous...perhaps intentionally so? There are so many different "hows" one could answer with, backed up by the Bible. Attitude: patiently (for just one example). Activity: demonstrative humanitarian (Christian) love for others (for just one example). etc. etc.
