  • Short answer: No. Long answer: I had to look up "cisgender". It means (basically) that a person's assumed gender agrees with their biological gender. So: a cisgender woman is a woman who was born a woman and who believes herself to be a woman (as opposed to something ridiculous like "a man in a woman's body").
