  • It can't last that long! Hoping a vaccine would have come out by then.

There is a vaccine developed by University of Pittsburgh that worked in lab tests. The problem is, that it'll take months to clear it for clinical tests and then it'll be months or likely over a year before it's cleared for public use, best case. That'll take much longer than Halloween. Meanwhile, there are several treatments being tested right now, including two high profile ones that show little promise in unbiased tests. By the time all of that is over and done with, the virus itself will probably be well into waning away out of the general population. I'm sure we will get there, but I don't see it being safe to socialize with strangers for at least a year.
  • I don't go trick or treating anymore, and no one ever comes to the hood for treats, so I'll basically sit at home like always. Our church used to have trunk or treat. Don't know how it will be different, maybe zoom parties?

Yeah, maybe I'll be lucky enough to have someone TP my house, and double my property value. LOL
  • No one comes to my door for Halloween. Those that do never leave.
