Probably someone has in the history of the internet, but not me. I imagine it would depend on the size and weight of the present as well as the exact origin and destination along with the shipping preferences. You'd probably get a better idea if you checked with the UK post office or package delivery company. But at this point its gonna cost you to get it there before Christmas!
