The Moon in the blue morning sky:Can you see it?

I live in the Southeast part of the US & YES I can see the moon in the morning up until almost noon. Of course, I can't see the moon shining, but I can clearly see the outline of the moon.& it is white. The sun is directly overhead around noon & it blocks our vision.
