I'd make sure they're still breathing and their heart is beating first. Then elevate the legs and make sure the clothes are not restricting blood flow. If it's hot out I'd get them a cold compress and a drink for when they wake up. If they don't wake up soon I'd call 911 they could be diabetic, have heart or lung disease, or hypotension. All could cause you to pass out.
