Switching from low carb to low calories?
Hello! So I have been doing a low calorie diet for the past 3 weeks, but haven t lost anything. The majority of my family is all doing the low carb diet and they re getting amazing results. I was wondering if I switched to low carb and lost the weight I wanted to lose, but then I switched to low calories would I gain all my weight back?
Basically if you go from low carb to low calories do you gain weight?
