      @ Suzy-Q You're right he is second language, and most likely lives in the middle east somewhere. Now why would I help him understand something that can be used in the making of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) ? FYI If I'm wrong and he is a young student learning electronics - then he should be looking in his textbooks and asking his teacher.

  • I think there are capacitors for different purposes. I recently had air conditioning trouble and the problem was the capacitor; it had to be replaced. Use a search engine for an indepth discussion. 12/4
