I don't know if it would be considered self-defense, but I warned an ex BF not to hit me again and he did. It worked really well, as I was able to be out the door and long gone before he recovered. That was the only time I have ever kicked a guy there.

I"m a guy so I don't think I"ve ever used a groin kick. However, a few days ago, my sister in law got mad and decided I needed a kick in the balls. The pain was almost unbearable and had me on the ground curled up in a ball. It's something I hope I never have to experience again. I was down for about 10 minutes before I was able to stand up and walk again. If it had been a self defense move, there is no doubt it would have been very effective.

One time. My brother was a bully, as kids. I used it reflexively. I would have never planned anything so cruel. I am generally a too-nice person. But I was AMAZED by the outcome. I am a guy and i have experienced it many a times.. Once i proposed a girl, she got angry and kicked my balls.. I love those idiots who says it doesnt work on a woman. Theyre probably stupid high school kids heavily influenced by todays movies etc. Have you tried it? Maybe your too uncoordinated to know where to hit. It brings a woman down. Actually man or woman it doesnt matter. Female anatomy also has clusters of nerves in their vaginal region, all sorts of pain receptors. Its a sensitive area. A sex organ...what more can I say? I'm a woman and I have been kicked in the vagina. It pretty much felt like I was going to die. I was rolling on the ground in agony for a while, plus being laughed at by others was embarrassing. Also, I have used a groin attack against another female quite effectively.

Yes, I have. Soldiers are trained to do what it takes to take the enemy down first. A good kick to the jimmies is very effective for that purpose. I have used a groin kick once in combat. It worked, and put him on the ground where he was easily finished off.

As a man who has been kicked in the balls, I can tell you that there is nothing quite like it. All you girls out there, if ever you are in any trouble, you know where to aim. Believe me, it works!

I have kicked a girl in the crotch and it is VERY EFFECTIVE. Of course i've been through childbirth, naturally and I don't think getting kicked in the groin hurts as bad as that.

it works better for girls coz the guy (normaly) has no intention on an all out fight with her an a groin kick hurts but if it a proper fight betwwen two guys intent on killing each other the groin kick isnt as effective
