  • WB is short for wheel base, the distance from the center of the front hubs to the center of the rear hubs. So a description including 145"WB would mean that the truck measures 145 inches from hub to hub. This will give you an idea of the potential uses for a tractor, or the size of sleeper it could accomadate. Edit: I was thinking single axle for some reason. On twin screw semi-trucks, the measurment goes from the center of the front hub to the midpoint between the drive axles.
