Buy.com They advertised a 2gb SD card as FREE after rebate. It should have been about $25, but I agreed to pay the inflated price of $50, because it had a $50 rebate. The company offering the rebate went out of business & buy.com won't do anything. I'm not buying anything from buy.com again.

I was staying at a Sheraton Hotel and asked the receptionist if I am able to get WiFi on my laptop in their Businss Center. She said yes. Well, I couldn't connect to the internet so I went back to her for help. She just smiled and said "I don't know anything about computers." She didn't even try to find someone else who had more information. Airhead.

Actually, it was a restaurant. A new one in town called 'La Fiesta'. It took them almost 2 hours from the time we ordered. We watched two couples finish at the table opposite us while we waited, and when we finally got our food, it was cold and dry. We have no plans to go back. Ever.

I would say fast food chains. Most hire young people who are so busy being social with each other, that product quality and customer care hardly seem to figure into the equation.
