No it can F up your lungs though. If it was meant to be smoked, people would have smoked it. It's plain retarded to smoke catnip. You won't fail a drug test but there are a few tests that one may find hard to pass because one smokes catnip. It is in the mint family. This would necessitate the smoking of all mints to be illegal.
