Helios means sun. (The Heliocentric model is the Sun centered model of the solar system as opposed to the earth centered model, the geocentric model.) Biblia means a collection of books. So, Helios Biblia would literally mean a collection of books about the Sun. Just what this is in practice, I don't know, but that would be the literal translation.

The Earth had two suns before the one we have now, so some people worship the sun but are not sure which one. Names given were Jove, Kronos, Helios, and others. Did I mention there was some confusion about this subject? You can google your phrase to get a lot of stories.
