  • The media releases only listed limited items as they pertained to the charges against Ted Kaczynski. I have been unable to find a complete list or a solid number (some sites say 585, 600, 700 items were found). I'm sure if you requested a full copy of this list from the FBI citing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), they would be happy to oblige. I hope this helps at least. http://www.fbi.gov HELENA, Montana (CNN) -- A federal judge ordered the FBI Monday to release a list of about 700 items FBI agents found in the Montana cabin of Unabom suspect Theodore Kaczynski. Among items found in the cabin were a completed bomb, bomb-making equipment and chemicals; a .22-caliber pistol; names and addresses of corporate officials; names of math professors at the University of California-Berkeley where Kaczynski once taught; street maps of the San Francisco area; and bus schedules. Three of the bombings occurred in the San Francisco Bay area. The list, which does not identify the corporate executives, also described a hooded jacket, a blue zippered sweatshirt and hood and two pairs of plastic glasses. The Washington Post reported that the FBI found the names of about 25 professors on handwritten notes and other documents. The campus police chief said he was asked for the addresses of the professors so federal officials could contact them. Lovell's decision to release the lengthy list signaled that the FBI search of the wood and tarpaper cabin was largely over. The inspection began April 3, the day Kazcynski was arrested. The inventory also includes six books on Eastern mysticism, a guide to the Bible, a Bible dictionary and a copy of "Les Miserables." Also recovered was a bottle that agents said contains the anti-depressant trazadone. Kaczynski's Cabin The FBI seized more than 600 items as evidence from Unabomber suspect Theodore Kaczynski's cabin. Items seized included: 1. Bomb components 2. Improvised explosive device 3. Pipe bomb 4. Improvised detonator 5. Plastic jar containing triggering devices 6. Box containing "miscellaneous papers, newspaper clippings, bus schedule, addresses of corporate officials, and maps of San Francisco" 7.
