My ideal weight or goal is 265lbs...I weigh 246 right now...No I am not a fat ass...I am a bodybuilder and for my height, 6'2 that is ideal for a body builder.

Wel, for me personally by body seems to run the best between 105-110. Anything more or less and I start feeling like crap. My DR on the other hand says 130-145 but that's impossible for me. I'm 5'7.

15 pounds less than I actually am. But if you're speaking in technical terms, I'd say that I'm within normal range. Certainly not ideal, though. I am almost borderline overweight...by medical standards.

My ideal weight according to the height charts is 122 lbs.

I would like to be around 340. This sounds strange to most people to want to weigh this much. I weigh 325 now but I lift a lot of heavy weights and objects at work, so I have a sizeable amount of muscle but I want to pack on more because I love lifting heavy things and having excessive strength like a football player or bodybuilder, though I am not either one. It also makes me feel good about myself.

Ideal? Don't know, really. I feel alright at the weight I am. I just looked it up, apparently it's anything from like 8 stone 10, to 11 stone 7.
