    I think it is just the combination of LOL and ORZ. LOL: It's original definition was "Laughing out loud" (also written occasionally as "Lots of Laughs"), used as a brief acronym to denote great amusement in chat conversations. ORZ: It is a Japanese based emoticon of a man pounding his head on the floor. The o is the head. The r is the arms. The z is the legs.     I think the 'orz' is just a thing people do. I've seen roxorz and haxorz & stuff like that. LOL = Laughing Out Loud.
