As Fleming created Bond to pictate a man's idealism of who he would want to be ie 'what every man wants to be', one of his many talents is obviously not being able to die or being able to lose. Therefore, the answer is, based on their actual creation hypothesis, James Bond would win as he can't die, spiderman has no such luck!Well, thats what i think anyway
