For the first time in years I think I do, although I'll probably change my mind eventually when they do something that annoys me - every other bank I've been with has annoyed and exasperated me at some point.

I've never had a problem with my current bank, and I like it even better now, after they alerted me to a possible unauthorized transaction, and put the kibosh on it before the crooks were able to steal any of my money...

Yes. I LOVE CHASE. I just don't like a banker lady? who hates me for my always taking lolly pop from their jar every time i deposit my check there. I was wondering why this woman never smiles like the other employees do. The mystery was unveiled when she took the candy jar in front of me while I was filling the the deposit form. I bet she was anticipating me not to take the candy that day. LOL....... I'll bring her a bag of candy for christmas.

Highway robbery was supposed to be a capital crime but no one is swinging!! I'm a little pissed at their antics & more than a little pissed that we have had to bail them out to the tune of billions, those responsible should be dragged out & shot!! :-/

I like my bank and whenever i need money they are there for me and have given a line of credit and have lower the rate of interest ,beause i have been thier client for long time.

Yes, they help me pass the time as I queue during the lunch hour for one of the two cashier positions open. Almost as much fun as the post office, Superdrug and Wilkinsons.

I love my bank. I have changed banks three times because some banks have personnel who are really rude and don't even realize you are the customer! Some have misplaced my money. One bank deposited someone else's money in my account! Imagine my surprise! I returned it, of course! Now that I've found courteous, helpful, smart people, I'm sticking with them!
