  • I take quite a lot of supplements which do include vitamins (quite a variety of them). Fresh fruit and vegetables no longer contain as many nutrients as they used to because of the way they are now grown so, I believe, that we all probably need an extra boost from taking supplements of vitamins and minerals.

  • Yes but usually skip my dose if I get vegetables or fruit that day. I am extremely picky and whenever I have vegetables or fruit there's a high chance of it spoiling. The ones in the freezer take up a lot of space too.

My clicking knees have gone away in a month! 😋😋😋😋😋😋 I take the Nature's Truth Multi Collagen Powder if anyone's interested. It's the cheapest at $20!!!!!! I take 2 servings per day instead of 1 though. 😅😅😅😅😅😅
