• Are you buying this house with a mortgage or are you renting?. If you are buying then it shouldn't be a concern for the realtor. The bank will do all of the financial end of it before they sign off on the loan. If it's a rental, then they want to know if you paid your rent on time or are you a dead beat. In what condition did you leave it when you moved out. Were any of the appliances damaged?. Were they all present and accounted for?. Things along those lines.

NO landlord / rental agent wants someone who might deal drugs, have domestic violence calls, or not pay rent etc ... +5
