Those pesky laws of man get in the way of my sexually perverted desires. I mean c'mon, when my victims are properly tied up and gagged- they're not objecting! There are certain 'rules' we have to live by, if we want to live in a civilized society. Even Somalia has rules to live by.

It's a balancing act, like most things in life, and sometimes the pendulum swings one way, and sometimes the other. It's a people's capacity for self-renewal that makes the difference.
