In part it depends on the movie. Of course I'd be hopeful, but I would leave it up to the girl. If the movie were something weird, like Se7en or Saw or Friday the 13th, I might be scared enough to duck out early, however.

Depends on the woman. I have a good friend who is female. I would not sleep with her because it would ruin the friendship and my wife would kill me..... I would watch a movie with her and nothing would ever happen.

I'm not "expecting" sex... but whenever a girl invites me to Her home for anything that will make us be close together for a longer time and it comes out from something She says, that She'll be alone at the time, I suspect She's either consciously or subconsciously inviting me for some intimate time that could quite possibly lead to sex, if the atmosphere is right. . ... or She's really clueless in people skills otherwise.

does the thought of sex cross my mind? probably at some time, yes. do i expect sex? no. hope? perhaps. if it's a time that i hope, then i usually follow through with at least an expression of appreciation, affection, or interest. if not, sometimes, clarification is all that's needed.

Generally, no. Unless you've already been sexual together, or there's been hot sexual innuendo going on between you leading up to the date. Although, there was one time a woman invited me to her house for dinner. It was a first date, and I never expected anything sexual to occur beyond maybe a goodnight kiss. But after eating, we started watching a movie, and she came on to me, and we ended up doing in on her living room floor in front of the sofa. So you never know...
