You've got your facts all wrong. First of all, Nastasia Kinski would have been 19 years old 31 years ago and so she could've had sex with anyone she wanted to. Secondly that was when she was filming "Tess" for Polanski, at least a year after the "incident". Here's the true poop... In 1977 (the year before Polanski meet Kinski), he attended a party at Jack Nicholson's house. There he met up with 13 year old Samantha Gailey to take pictures for a Vogue cover. The girl had been sent there by her own mother, who was desperate for her daughter to become a star. The girl was very nervous and indicating that she had used them before, she was given some pills to calm her down. She also had some of the freely available champagne. After the photo shoot, she and Polanski had sex. Polanski claimed she had consented and initially Gailey claimed she was raped. Even after Gailey changed her story, the system still went after Polankski. The whole story of the witch-hunt of a case can be found in the documentary, "Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired" (2008). IMHO, he has had enough crap over this and all charges should be dropped. So does Susan Geimer (nee Gailey) and so anybody would think after seeing the travesty of justice revealed in that documentary. Hope this helps.
