zero, but i hope to have one someday and only one

Zero. Unfortunately my state does not yet extend equal marriage rights to all citizens. With all the people answering with answers of two or more, isn't it unjust that some people can't even have ONE marriage?

I'm so sorry. I don't see that changing on a federal level anytime soon. I hope your state will.

One - I seem to remember making a promise about 'Til death us do part' and I haven't seen a reason to break that promise in 42 years of marriage.

Zero...and I plan on keeping it that way. They say "the number 1 cause of divorce - is marriage" Divorces are universally considered an agonizing and wallet-emptying process It's simple cause-and-effect, really.
-
Three and divorced three...I really want to have the one I am wanting now to be until death do us part. I will do everything I can to make #4 last for the rest of our lives...that is my intention and desire.

Two. The first, I was 17 and trying to get away from an abusive home. I jumped into an abusive marriage of 20 years. The second, I married my knight in shining armor. We had ten years together before he passed away in 2008.
