  • Unfortunately, I can't name any of them at all, because their own parents did that, when they were born. Sorry! +5
  • There are a few, and most of them are American. Ed Gein, Jeffrey Dahmer and John Wayne Gacey are all prime contenders.
  • I personaly think the most horrific serial killer was Russian lunatic & cannibal Andrei Chikatilo..... however Dr Harold Shipman if England is the worlds most prolific serial killer.
  • Ivan Milat was pretty bad...I accidently dated his nephew..
  • Aribert Heim aka Dr. Tod. He did horrific experiments on prisoners in concentration camp Mauthausen. Jewish prisoners were poisoned with various injections directly into the heart - including petrol, water, phenol and poison - to induce death more quickly. He is reported to have removed organs from prisoners without anesthesia. According to a former camp inmate, an 18-year-old Jewish youth came to the clinic with a foot inflammation. He was asked by Heim why he was so fit. He replied that he had been a soccer player and swimmer. Instead of treating the prisoner's foot, Heim placed him under anesthesia, cut him open, took apart one kidney, removed the second and castrated him. The boy was decapitated and Heim boiled the flesh off the skull for use as a paperweight and display. What a sick bastard that was!
  • Dean Corll
  • I like Ed Gein. I did a report on him in high school and got an A. His story is very interesting; sick and twisted. I like stuff like that. :)
  • Pedro Alonso Lopez and Dr. H H Holmes
  • I think it really depends on where you live. There are world known serial killers who gain fame, but they aren't always the most horrific. Pedro Alonso Lopez: "Monster of the Andes" is suspected of killing over 300 girls. Javed Iqbal: Suspected of around 100 deaths of boys. Robert Pickton: convicted of the second-degree murders of six women, charged with 26, killed unknown number, largely native american prostitutes.
  • I would say George Bush. He is responsible for many thousand American soldiers' lives and hundreds of thousands of Iraqi lives. I just can't believe he is still free and hasn't been captured and convicted.
