  • I think it does .. or you could use Dijon mustard ...
  • Usually if it doesn't specify, then it means yellow mustard. However, other types of mustard (dijon, whole grain, etc) could probably be used and still taste good, although slightly different.
  • Or some other kind of prepared mustard such as Dijon. If you are thinking powder, no. Way to over powering.
