  • my arms shake and are sore after workouts. your probably not using the muscles enough when you work out. hard to explain. ex. when you bench press make sure your using only your chest muscles. applies to everything else. focus all of your movement into your muscles. also go until you think you can't go anymore and then some more. than relax. thats for best results.
  • You aren't used to lifting often. When you start lifting more frequently it will stop. Your muscles are breaking down when you lift and then rebuild bigger/stronger muscles when you sleep.
  • Shaking is common..however, if its really bad as you have described..you may need to change your technique..speak to one of the fitness instructors there who should be more than happy to help..consider the amount of weight you are lifting..
