(401 The web site is blocked by administrator), what kind of bug is this and how do I remove it?

I don't believe it's a bug. It's your computers administrator blocking questionable web-sites. I take it you're a minor or a school student

It's not a bug. It's a setting in the proxy server that prohibits you from viewing certain websites. Most schools have this to prevent students from looking up porn on the web. Heres a way to get around it. -Go to the command promt -type in "ping <the website>"(Ex: "ping www.youtube.com") -you should see something like this come out: "Pinging www.youtube.com [208.65.153.251] with 32 bits of data" -next, simply copy the ip address (the four numbers in the brackets) and put it into your browser like this: http://208.65.153.251/ -click on "go" and you should see the site without the error.
