I have messed up my monitor settings how can i get them back to factory default it is a dell?

They must have given you an instructions CD when you bought the monitor. Play it on the CPU's CD Rom. When the window shows 'restore factory settings' click on it and that should be it. This is what I do first everytime I want to change my monitor settings. Mine is not Dell though.

I don't have a dell, but I have a menu button on the side of my screen where I can hit reset. See if you have one of those somewhere on yours. Good luck Icy.
