I believe almost everything can make you healthy...you just have to regulate your intake of each thing. Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, nuts. Candy is okay too. But you shouldn't go over board on anything specific. Even it out.

anything raw (besides meat) Raw fruit veggies nuts....eat whole grains...low fat dairy. Lean meat is good... mostly white meat. Beans have a lot of protein. Drink lots of water stay away from carbonated drinks... and try not to eat foods that are highly processed.
