• Put the fork down.
  • Depends what the cause is. If you're on antidepressants or painkillers for example, then speak to your doctor about getting ones that cause less weight gain.
  • Daily exercise first thing, then only fruit the first hour before eating a meal. I keep whole fruits handy when I have the need to eat. Then if I'm still hungry i will then eat a meal. Sometimes I don't think of food till the last meal of the day. (0 pressure for me to follow some specific pattern or diet) I lost 13 pounds that way and brought blood pressure into the ideal range.
