Jerusalem is at 31°47'08" N, 35°12'52"E. If you go 180° around the globe and same latitude South of the equator you get to the point 31°47'08" S, 144°47'08" W, which (according to Google Earth) is a point in the South Pacific that is not really near much of anything. The water is about 17,000 feet deep there.
