yeah, I was so going to say "a dead body". Also, I've changed diapers that smell far worse than rotten eggs. Anybody who's changed an adult diaper of a gastrointestinal bleeder knows what I'm talking about.

So very strange you should ask on the one day I'm burping rotten egg smell or whatever it is. It think it's from the over barbequed chicken from yesterday. This hasn't happened since I was a little kid. So today, my answer would be rotten eggs. I wonder how long it will last.

Fish heads put into a coffee can with the lid closed on it (about a week or so). My brother did this as a joke on my mom and swapped it with the real can of coffee. The smell was like nothing I've ever smelled before.

There must be something about rotten flesh and the human nose and brain. We instinctively avoid some dangers, loud noises, excessive heat, etc. I think we are made to avoid noxious odors as some sort of safety mechanism.
