  • Never dealt with ducks but we did have geese and chickens at one point. I would guess they probably did the same thing we did, just wring the necks. Unless of course the head was missing in which case it was likely killed by simple beheading.
  • Hi Theby, I don't know off-hand how they are killed, but I would assume in a very cruel manner. I do know when they kill cats, they like to torture them first, and give them a slow death once they finish the torturing. It is supposed to make the meat taste better according to them. What I saw of the cat procedure was to beat them, then partially strangle, then de-fur, and skin while still alive. I would assume they also treat ducks in the same manner. Such people are the lowest form of life! Remember, it is all just fine because it is either tradition or religious directed torture. It's food, not really animals, so it doesn't matter, right?
  • Lethal injection
  • Food is food, it doesnt matter how its killed. But i was in China, for several weeks and i know for a fact, they either behead them or simply break their necks. Before people start bashing the chinese for their treatment of FOOD, keepin mind they have 2 billion people to feed.
  • Kung fu
  • i assume they 'ring there neck' in a similar way to the way they use to kill chickens and other birds they kill them by streching the neck and breaking the spinal cord this is only practical on a small scale,i've seen i done and it looks painless.
  • I would think they throw them live into a vat of boiling oil or water then remove their feathers and innards. That would keep them intact.
