• I had to start going back to the gym regularly to do it. Remember, you need to do the weights to build/tone your muscles and keep your bones strong, but you also have to do cardio (treadmill, bicycle, etc.) to burn off the fat. And, of course, you have to watch what you eat. I started giving up some (but not all) desserts and it helped. You can do it!
  • just eat less to make up for not exercising much
